GEX Horizon is an analytics and market-data visualization platform. All content, dashboards, signals, indices (including the Velocity Index, Shock Index, and Gamma Exposure metrics), and commentary provided through the Service are for informational and educational purposes only.

Nothing we publish constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Past performance of any data, model, or signal shown on GEX Horizon is not indicative of future results. • Beta access is non-transferable and may be revoked at our sole discretion.
• You agree to provide good-faith feedback and to refrain from publicly publishing raw beta data without our written approval.
• Any pricing or terms offered during beta are subject to change upon general availability.

All content, software, algorithms, trade names, trademarks, logos, data models, methodologies, and visual interfaces of GEX Horizon are the exclusive intellectual property of GEX Horizon or its licensors and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and trade-secret laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include:

• Any resale or commercial use of the Service or its content.
• Copying, reproducing, or distributing platform data in bulk or programmatically.
• Creating derivative works based on our proprietary models or visualizations.
• Removing or altering any proprietary notices, labels, or watermarks.

All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved by GEX Horizon.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any data will be accurate, complete, or timely.
